Nowadays people are increasingly interested in starting personal physical exercise regimens, but they often lack regulation and guidelines, which would otherwise help them progress properly and achieve their objectives. There are crucial basic regimens that ensure that the exercise helps improve three main areas: health, aesthetics and functionality.

This course, Fitness Course: Physical Conditioning, covers theoretical and practical topics in the realm of physical exercise and sports like assessing physical health, conditioning and training, and nutrition. The course pays special attention to the most relevant information about physical activity, with the ultimate aim of achieving good health and a sense of wellbeing.
