Cultural events form part of the leisure and culture industries. Currently there is a growing tendency for companies and institutions to organise cultural events to promote their products and services.

Managing a cultural event involves a complex synergy in which there are more and more disciplines at play and in which sociocultural activity coordination is beginning to gain more popularity.

This course aims to teach students, professionals and people involved in cultural management about the basics of planning cultural events from the perspective of cultural activity coordination. Professionals in the field will also benefit from the wide variety of skills and possibilities it has to offer.
