Overview:

In recent years, there have been growing numbers of people who are taking control of their quality of life, and it is becoming well known that a large part of this depends on knowledge of health education, which is an important part of preventing and controlling illnesses. Health education also allows individuals to modify their unhealthy habits (primary prevention) with the aim of eliminating risk factors and encouraging their active participation in achieving ideal standards of positive heath.

Our Health and Sport courses address a variety of disciplines and areas of expertise and underscore the importance of sharing knowledge about habits that promote health, as well as provide the specialised training required to work in the health sector.
